Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT POLICY

By placing an order with Constructed For Women (“CFW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the terms outlined below.

Please review before purchasing.


1. ALL SALES POLICY

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

CFW does not offer refunds to original payment methods.

Eligible returns are limited to size exchanges or store credit only, subject to the conditions below.


2. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a size exchange or store credit:

  • A request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear.

  • Original tags must remain attached.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where applicable.

CFW reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

If an item is returned and fails inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.


3. EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Email info@ConstructedForWomen.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Wait for written return authorization.

  3. Ship item back using a trackable method.

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Tracking the returned package

  • Ensuring the item arrives safely

CFW is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit can be issued.


4. STORE CREDIT TERMS

Store credit:

  • Is issued via email

  • Does not expire

  • Is non-transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash


5. FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are strictly final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Swimwear and bodysuits (hygiene policy)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Black Friday / Cyber Monday purchases

  • Holiday promotional items

  • Limited-edition drops marked “Final Sale”

No exceptions will be made unless the item is confirmed defective upon delivery.


6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Claims for defective or damaged items must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery and must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

CFW reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective.

The following do NOT qualify as defects:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper care or washing

  • Minor thread irregularities

  • Slight color variation due to lighting or screen display

Approved claims will result in replacement (if inventory permits) or store credit at CFW’s discretion.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled due to change of mind once placed.

CFW is not obligated to modify, cancel, or adjust orders once processing has begun.


SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and foreign transaction fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.


 CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting CFW to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of these terms.

CFW reserves the right to provide this policy, delivery confirmation, tracking records, and customer communication history to the issuing bank as evidence of policy acknowledgment.


 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CFW shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Lost packages not covered by Route protection

  • Carrier delays outside our control

  • Returned items lost in transit to our facility

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
