I SENT AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REPLY. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
As a small, independent brand, we respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.
During high-volume periods (new releases, restocks, or pre-orders), please allow 3–5 business days for a response.
Sending multiple follow-up emails may reset your place in the queue and delay our reply.
We appreciate your patience and promise to get back to you.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Shipping timelines vary depending on the item purchased.
• In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 3–5 business days.
• Pre-Order Items: Estimated ship windows are listed directly on the product page.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated tracking email. All order updates are sent via the email provided at checkout.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Pre-order items are pieces currently in production.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you are reserving your piece before it officially ships. Estimated ship windows are listed on each product page.
Pre-orders allow us to produce intentionally in small batches and avoid overproduction.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together unless otherwise stated.

I RECEIVED A TRACKING EMAIL BUT IT SAYS “PRE-SHIPMENT.” WHY?
“Pre-shipment” means your shipping label has been created and the carrier has been notified.
Tracking will update once the package is scanned by USPS or UPS.
If your tracking remains in pre-shipment for more than 10-12 business days (excluding weekends), please contact us and we will investigate.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
We accept exchanges on eligible items within [5] days of delivery.
Items must be:

Unworn.

Unwashed.

In original condition.

With original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged.
Refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

ARE SWIMWEAR OR BODYSUITS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Due to hygiene standards, all swimwear and bodysuits are final sale.
We recommend confirming sizing prior to purchase, as these items are not eligible for return or exchange.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?
Once an order is shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

Check with neighbors or your local post office.

Allow 24–48 hours in case of delivery delay.

Contact us so we can assist with filing a carrier claim if necessary.
CFW is not responsible for stolen packages once marked delivered.
MY ORDER WAS FLAGGED FOR FRAUD. WHY?
For your protection, some orders are automatically flagged by our system.
If flagged, we will request purchase confirmation. Orders not confirmed within 24 hours may be canceled.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders begin processing quickly.
If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee modifications once processing begins.
DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?
CFW operates in small batches.
Restocks are not guaranteed.
We recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page and subscribing to our newsletter for early access.
