SHIPPING POLICY 

CFW ships worldwide! Unless stated other wise under product description, please allow 1 - 3 BUSINESS DAYS for both domestic and international orders for processing. You will then receive an email once your order has been shipped. Please ensure your items and address are correct before purchasing.

STOLEN & LOST PACKAGES

CFW is not liable if any packages are lost or stolen. For lost or stolen packages, please contact your carrier to file a claim. CFW does not cover return shipping charges, the return cost is at customers expense. 

EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

CFW will gladly accept returning items for store credit only . All exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by emailing our Customer Service Team. (With the exception of swim items, no exchanges/returns can be made for hygiene purposes.) 

- All exchanges must be sent back in their original condition. 

- We reserve the right to reject any exchange that shows signs of wear & tear. 

- Once an order is placed, we do not cancel orders due to * Change of Mind * reason. 

- Original shipping fees and/or taxes is not eligible to be refunded upon your exchange. 

- Customer is responsible for shipping fees to exchange item(s). 

REFUND

Due to the fact that all items are made to order, we, unfortunately do not offer any returns or refunds:

Due to COVID-19, please be aware of the possibility of excessive delivery time length that can happen for your new exchange to arrive. *We advise to ask ANY sizing/length questions before placing an order to prevent exchanges*
